We support the candidate through: Publications: Development of at least five peer-reviewed publications, with a minimum of three as First Author or Corresponding Author, strategically targeted to Scopus/WoS-indexed journals and aligned with the proposed PhD research trajectory.Academic Exposure: Participation in two to three international academic conferences, both in-country and abroad, to strengthen research visibility, scholarly networking, and familiarity with international academic standards.Research Skill Development: Create access in 5-7 Comprehensive training for greater understanding on research methodology, tools and techniques. PhD Proposal: Preparation of a competitive, fundable PhD research proposal aligned with the candidate’s research interests, methodological strengths, and EU doctoral expectations.

PHASE 2: University & Supervisor Matching

What We Do for You:

    • Shortlist universities and doctoral schools that are academically aligned with your proposed research area and methodological strengths.
    • Identify potential supervisors whose research interests, publications, and ongoing projects closely match your research keywords and proposed topic.
    • Conduct a publication and project scan of shortlisted supervisors to assess supervision fit, funding availability, and research group alignment.
    • Prepare a detailed Supervisor & University Match List to guide targeted applications and effective academic outreach.
